Hi All, Sorry I've been away for so long. It's been a combination of new video games and dropping Master's Sun and Love Around. Love Around just pissed me off. It was sickeningly something. I just couldn't stomach it. As for the Master's Sun, the last few episodes were just so meh I had absolutely nothing to say about them. Since I'm not very prolific, neither am I a critical person, sometimes I am at loss for what to say about a show and sometimes I get bored of the shit and can't stand the characters any longer. This happens a lot. Anyway I'll be doing Man From Another Star, that I'm starting the first episode by not liking very much, and Miss Korea. And then a general recap of Bel Ami, just because I want to hate on the male lead.

Hi Hi, I lost all interest in the Master's Sun these past two weeks. This happens a lot when I watch a serie. I lose interest and then gain it again when I need to do my hair and can't play video games because my hands are occupied. But I am sure you got your fill of the Master's Sun psycho-analyses from the girls of Dramabeans and their peanut gallery, my notes are just a forgettable extra.

Just when I was beginning to wonder where the next installment of Witchcraft Works is, it appears! Many thanks to animexis scans for translating it. It's a typical shounen with a girl in the protective role and the boy in the wimpy meat bag role. It's about a seemingly taciturn but is really a fiendish despot Kagari Ayaka, a beautiful fire witch of the Workshop, and Takamiya Honoka, her charge. He is pretty much a male Penelope Pitstop for the most part. He does attempt to grow a pair but the road to manliness is long, rocky and tumultuous. He has a delicate mother and an overly attached sister, who is also a Workshop witch. He has a witch sealed in his body that the Tower Witches. some of which who are just a bit shady and others who are just bad, want to get. Everything is drawn is such detail, especially the Witches' gear. Each witch is unique and their costume beautifully elaborate. And little environmental details are a delight to find. I have to say this drama does not inspire deep thoughts but I am enjoying the entertaining story. Apologies to my 1-2...readers, I got carried away playing video games last weekend.

Look! Hand! Episode 3 was just so nice. Unlike 1 and 2, I did not feel like I was being manipulated. There was a better understanding of show don't tell. This episode solidified my adoration for this show. Storytelling was better and we are getting more of the story with Hee Joo and Joong Won. I find it really hard to put a coherent picture of what I like and didn't like about episodes. When one is used to silence, it is really hard to put what one wants to say about stuff into words.

Everyone and their ugly yappy dogs will be blogging this so there's no need for recaps from me since I will not be watching this hot off the stove. I'll just state my feelings and opinions.

Just when I thought this was going to be another doormat warms the egotistical 'prince's' heart kind of story the writer does this, Yes Hirayama is probably going to pay for it for several chapters, this 'win' still fills me with warm fuzzies :-) The story is so violent for a shojo I love it.

Just spent the past week looking for somewhere new to find Asian dramas, but my search hasn't been very well done because of this game: Dragon's Prophet. In Dragon's Prophet you are an amnesiac hero, running away from the people who cause your amnesia in the first place and helping others along the way. Typical theme-park RPG stuff.

Qi Yi (Aaron Yan) is a fastidious young man who is afraid of germs and needs to have everything in his life in his own orderly fashion. After he gives up a successful opportunity in New York, he returns to Taiwan and decides to buy a small marketing design company called GAZE and a historic home that catches his eye. The problem is that the home has a peppy tenant, Cheng Liang Liang (Puff Guo), who refuses to move out. When he arrives at his new company, the new CEO discovers that Liang Liang also works for his company. The happy-go-lucky Liang Liang just wants everything to be stable in her life, but she realizes that may be harder to maintain when her new boss starts making big changes in her workplace, including a notice stating that office romances will be prohibited.

Turning Up The Heat To 11 And Then Back Down Again.

I got chuckles out of these two episodes, but I am easily amused.

Lately, I've been bemoaning to myself the lack of fluffy brainless Asian dramas. It seems Love Around is around to fill that hole in my heart. Probably ¬.¬ The Players Dunno the haters yet. Radio DJ Liang Xiao Shu is Annie Chen acting as the typical Annie Chen character; preachy goody two shoes. She's a policeman's daughter. Zhou Zhen is the 'hot' guy who comes from a former gangster family that has decided to keep their hands clean.They meet during their moments of heartbreak and friendship blossoms. I like Annie Chen. It has been a long time since I've seen her so her stereotype should not annoy me. I dunno about George Hu's face. It certainly does not give me the 'shing-duguns'. But from researching this show it seems he and Annie have worked together in the past. They have good chemistry, it's about a 6.85/10 on my Asian Drama Destined Pair Chemistry Scale (ADDPCS), both holding up their end of the 'relationship...

I'm well and truly hooked now. Ha Kyun is just so watchable.
