The attraction between Taeyang and Joogoon grows at breakneck speed giving the pair reactionary whiplash.
Joogoon was under the Enchantment of Sleeping Woman so he really was going to kiss her but he caught himself at the last moment. Dammit!! Kiss, damn you!! Maybe next week? He spends the first part thinking about her touch, being jealous of Kang Candy and being happy when things didn't work out on Taeyang and Kang Candy's date. All that skinskip is affecting our Joogoon and he tries to put a stop to it but fails, much to my k-drama love addicted glee.
So Ji Sub is so cute, I love those I'm-trying-not-to-smile-but-can't-help-myself smiles he was giving when Taeyang was telling him about the date. Taeyang on her part is torn between trying not to depend on him and being unable to resist touching him part due to ghosts and partly due to the magnetic attraction they have to each other. But it was a lovely pair of episodes, Secretary Kim the Awesome, inadvertently engineered Taeyang a day with Joogoon, it was nice change rather than the hero always being in the heroine's world and living by the heroine's rules, they let her see into his world and she falls deeper into admiration, that's what I'm calling it right now, with him. Joogoon accused Taeyang of thinking of him as concrete, but is it too hard to think that at the beginning she didn't think of him beyond a refuge from the ghosts. Or that he'd be affected by her touching beyond annoyance.

Personally, I thought the defined area of touching was as much for him as it was for her. Taeyang is more aware that she may be growing feelings for him but at the beginning of that episode he nearly kisses her and makes defined area of touching not hand nor shoulder. At the end, he holds hands and call it 'friendly', just to give his growing care and concern a definition. As the girls at Dramabeans said, he'll be 'friending' his way to kissing soon enough. Episode 10 >.<!!
Taeyang claims to be possessed by lust demons but she knows deep down she's falling like a house of cards, which is why she is pulling back and is trying to remind herself about life without him once she finds the diamonds. It is easy for her to be swept away by his him and his shiny life, it is easy to get carried away by his kindness and his voluntary hand holding. But any thoughts of a relationship is a pie in the sky.
Get together already, I can't stand this imaginary angst that I have created.
Kang Woo and Yi Ryeong are even sweeter; they are like a manga couple with sparklies. With all the 'run and wrist grab and shoulder hugs bodyguard nonsense, I wish they'd just forget about Taeyang and Joogoon and merrily romance themselves into the sunset.
We also have an emerging side couple in Gong Ri and Han Joo the mega-gossip. That should go arbitrarily well. After the crying, they get drunk, end up at a hot springs sign, have awkwards and get together eventually.
The ghosts served to bring the two hurtling towards one another like meteors on a collision course. The coma ghost was just so tear inducing, it made me wonder about real life coma patients. Where are they? What are they doing in their heads or is there just nothing? Silence. Darkness. Nothingness.
Based on watching Law and Order, the drawings of abused children are not that literal, are they?

I was not very surprised that Hee Joo wanted to protect the person who orchestrated the kidnapping. I don't believe she's a poor poor ghost that she makes out to be, she's seems like she's a sharp and conniving person. Who wants the person they love to hurt? Naturally, who ever loves more hurts more when things go wrong, but actively wanting it to happen to the poor soul. With that little sneer she calls a smile, she's is just thorny. My thought is that, it was easy for her to abet in the kidnapping. Whoever really wanted to those diamonds for what ever reason, insurance money or possession was going to be offering a substantial reward, the only downside is that she died. Better monetary gain that seemed like a sure thing than take your chances with a relationship, a boy's feelings and time. My suspicion is that the kidnapper is female. Whether it is a parent or guardian whose love Hee Joo was trying to acquire or Joogoon's mysteriously dead mother, time will tell. Or it could be Giant Mall's CEO? But I think that could be a red herring.

Secretary Kim seems to be behind this relationship, I suppose from a psychologist's standpoint, which it turns out he is, his patient is moving forward with his life...in a way. Even if it is with a woman who claims to see ghosts
Honourable mention of hilarity: They played the Korean version of the '88 Seoul Olympics theme, 'Hand in Hand' whilst the ghost ran his 10 metres, I could not help but burst out laughing at that.
