Qi Yi (Aaron Yan) is a fastidious young man who is afraid of germs and needs to have everything in his life in his own orderly fashion. After he gives up a successful opportunity in New York, he returns to Taiwan and decides to buy a small marketing design company called GAZE and a historic home that catches his eye. The problem is that the home has a peppy tenant, Cheng Liang Liang (Puff Guo), who refuses to move out. When he arrives at his new company, the new CEO discovers that Liang Liang also works for his company. The happy-go-lucky Liang Liang just wants everything to be stable in her life, but she realizes that may be harder to maintain when her new boss starts making big changes in her workplace, including a notice stating that office romances will be prohibited.
I tried to watch this,
I tried three times.
The opening theme song was grating. The montage was an eyesore in blue which I think is very hard to do. But that's no big deal one can skip.

But I could not get over the wooden recital of lines, exaggerated expressions, the daft music that was up too loud over the actors' voices. The premise sounds right up my alley but the girl sounded like a twelve year old in a grown woman's body that looks very much like a Real Doll TM. The guy was just...just cardboard!
Asian Drama Destined Pair Chemistry Index (ADDPCI) is nil.
Why do they use this naked girl trope? And why is she only covering her non existent boobage? And why doesn't one of this chicks just just pick up the damn towel instead of screaming pointlessly! It was funny the first 20 times I saw this, now it just grates on my nerves.
I feel stabby and meh at the same time. But I am a sucker for punishment so I will let the show run for a few more episodes and see if their chemistry and expressions get better. For now, I shall just stick to watching Love Now, whilst waiting for Love Around. What is with Taiwanese dramas and the word 'Love'? Can no one think of any better titles?
